Please let Caitlin know if you require special delivery conditions, charges may apply.
Customers should inspect deliveries as quickly as possible for any damage or accidental shortages and let us know within 7 days. After 7 days the goods will be deemed to have been accepted as undamaged by the customer.
We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. Please make sure that the address is accurate. I cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions. We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
Worldwide shipping is with DHL but it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.
Returns
Our returns policy is governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations that came into force on 13 June 2014.
We accept unwanted item returns for a full refund as long as we are notified of the return (by email) within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must then be returned to us within 14 days of this notification. The cost of the return must be paid by the customer and we must receive the item(s) back in un-installed, un-used and fully re saleable condition. Once we have received the goods back, Caitlin J Clarke Limited will process the refund within 14 days. Please contact us for info on how to ship our fragile lights to minimise the chance of damage in transit.
Claims
Claims for in-transit damage and order shortages must be notified to Caitlin J Clarke within 7 days of delivery. Failure to make such claims within the specified time constitutes acceptance of the merchandise and quality thereof.
Caitlin J Clarke Limited will not accept claims for damage resulting from storage by the buyer or for damage and faults resulting from accident, negligence, alteration or misuse after delivery.
Claims for faulty products must be made in writing to Caitlin J Clarke Limited. Proof of purchase will be required. Evidence and/or returned products will be required when claims are being made.
